Things are heating up in Lake Tahoe after approval of three medical marijuana dispensaries sparked a lawsuit this week. Lawyers for Washoe Dispensary LLC filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging that Nevada's ranking system undermines a provision intended to guard against monopolies for selling the medicine.
