The Vail Valley now has its own juicery and organic grab-and-go food option called Green Elephant Juicery. The new establishment has storefronts in Avon and Lionshead Village and is owned by John Dowd and Leo Flynn. The two hope to offer healthy foods that are easy for people to eat.
