Kieferle & Partner and ZAS Group have designed a 47-story tower (plus another tower), already under construction, that will compose a resort called The Rosemont Towers. This resort will include 450 hotel rooms, a sky lobby, a sky pool, an artificial rainforest, and an artificial beach.
If it was not already abundantly clear, it will be in Dubai.
