A weather expert known for highlighting a link between snow cover in Siberia and weather patterns in the U.S. says it could be another cold winter for the East. Judah Cohen, of Atmospheric and Environmental Research, told the Washington Post that while it probably won't be as bad as the last couple years, the eastern U.S. is still on track for a winter full of Arctic air. And Cohen's predictions shouldn't be blown off; his forecast for what areas would get hit by last year's chilly winter was remarkably accurate.
