Bruce Springsteen's Old New Jersey House Is on the Market

New, 1 comment

The small Long Beach, New Jersey house where Bruce Springsteen wrote the songs on his seminal 1975 album "Born to Run" is for sale, asking $299,000. The 828-square-foot house is one story, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

According to an nj.com article from 2009, the last time the house was put on the market it was purchased by a couple of Springsteen fans who paid $280,000 in order to "beat a potential buyer taking advantage of the home's commercial zoning and tearing it down."
