Last year, artist Candace Tripp brought some painstaking beauty to Halloween month with "Houses of Horror," a series of miniature paintings of spooky residences seen in classic horror films. This October, she's at it again and with a more ambitious goal of sharing a new house of horror for each day of the month. So far, she's debuted detailed, ominous portrays of the houses in recent releases like Crimson Peak and It Follows as well as more seasoned favorites like 28 Days Later and Scream.
To follow along, head to Tripp's Instagram. She'll also be selling prints of this year's houses of horror starting Friday, October 30 (some have already been reserved!)
