The Summit County real estate market beat out a number of last year's marks in September with $167 million coming from 304 sales, up from $147 million and 287, respectively. The average sales price in the county was higher, at $540,000, than the same month last year, as well. That's party because of the number of sales of more than $1 million: 34 in September, compared to 22 last year.
