Architect Juan Carlos Salas created this "Tanatorium" (a funeral parlor) in Zaragoza, Spain with a sunlight-filtering chimney that is meant to evoke the feeling of time passing. He describes the structure as "formed by a perforated enveloping is born from earth to protect humans when they say goodbye to their deceased people."
