It's late Friday afternoon and, frankly, we don't have the time or the energy for anything that is not a great treehouse, and we're guessing that neither do you. Contractor Jay Hewitt built this 40-foot-tall treehouse—nay, tree kingdom—for his grandkids, complete with a multiple levels, a staircase, a spiral slide and electricity. The treehouse (as well as the regular house with plumbing that Hewitt lives in) is now on the market, but he says that if it doesn't sell, he's planning an expansion.
