Comedy's "It" girl, Amy Schumer, has listed her very unfunny Upper West Side floor-through (h/t NYP). The West 80th Street co-op is uncharacteristically charmingbarring that epic dance scene from her summer blockbuster, Trainwreckwith two wood-burning fireplaces surrounded by carved mantles, built-in bookshelves, a master bathroom with a claw-foot tub, and a landscaped roof terrace. Schumer picked up the one-bedroom pad for $1.695 million in September 2014, and has re-listed the apartment for $2.075 million. Her real estate hunt, like her career, continues onwards and upwards.
