September kicked off with a double dose of sweet sales in the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association and now, yet another adorable gingerbread cottage has found a buyer. In the latest sale of vintage cuteness by way of Oak Bluffs, a seven room home with three bedrooms, one bath, and a "perfect porch" at 15 Wesleyan Grove has changed hands after spending just over a year on the market. The 908-square-foot residence first listed in September 2014 for $429,000, but two meetings with the PriceChopper brought the ask down to $399,000. That final slice did the trick, placing the circa 1870 spread in the sold column for $374,500.
