Though Bjarke Ingels's long-awaited West Side tetrahedron is still a ways off from being completed, the project is moving along at a fairly rapid clip: applications recently opened for the rental's 142 affordable apartments, and its exterior cladding is expected to be completed by the end of this month. And as of today, the building's official website is launching, and while it's missing one important bit of info—pricing for the quirky structure's rental units—it does have plenty of new renderings of the project. Though the pyramid-esque exterior has garnered much of the attention (YIMBY has some new looks at that), the renderings here offer a first glimpse inside the building. The exterior's stepped motif continues in the lobby, while the apartment renders show airy spaces with large windows and balconies. Leasing is expected to launch early next year, with move-ins set to begin sometime in the middle of the year.
