Mizu, a furniture piece designed by Alicja Prussakowska with curving, movable shelves, has gotten us thinking. When we first saw it on Design Milk, our immediate reaction was: non-flat shelves??? But on further consideration, why not? Sure, flat shelves are good if you're trying to store a lot of things and not have any of them fall down. But what if you just want to store five smooth stones? Then these shelves are perfect.
