Pharrell Williams' quest to sell his flashy penthouse stocked with pop art continues. The iconic rapper/producer/judge/Minion purchased the pad in 2007 for $12.525M, and has previously listed it for as high as $16.8M. It was taken off the market last November after trying to fetch a buyer for nearly two years. In between then and now, he released a shoe with a Zaha Hadid design. According to Curbed.com, Williams bought the futuristic saucer condo at the peak of the real estate bubble. Shortly after purchasing the property, Williams was sued by the downstairs neighbor for leaky water pipes. Pharrell once described life in the penthouse like living in a "...fishbowl with a limo tint."
