This Hamptons tiny cottage, just 600 square feet, could work very well as a weekend pied a terre for someone looking to escape city life. Interiors are simple and rustic and there's even a separate artist's studio. Of course, it's entirely possible the whole thing will be torn down and replaced with something larger. There's enough room on the 0.22-acre of land to support a bigger building. As for the $550K price, it's fair. North Haven is pretty tony, although there are better locations than right on Ferry Road, although this makes for an easy walk to bay beaches.
