Makers of Lying-Down Desk Claim It Actually Comes With 40 'Productivity Positions'

New, 1 comment

The basic theory that has emerged behind the standing desk is that it is uncomfortable to have your body in one position for an extended length of time. Which makes the supremely expensive lying-down desk from Altwork—which actually turns out to be a lying-sitting-reclining-standing desk—make a bit more sense, as it allows users to switch between (apparently) 40 "productivity positions," and don't have to lie flat on your back with your computer dangling over your head. The positions listed in a promotional video are as follows:

1) sit
2) stand
3) collaborate
4) focus
5-40) other ones
