Renovated Swedish Home Flaunts Gorgeous Concrete Details

Once a family-owned jewelry shop, this bonafide rustic-chic Swedish country house has been converted into a family home, clad in wood paneling and brimming with striking concrete and steel details. Notice the massive concrete kitchen countertop and dining table, which were cast in place, plus two repurposed Copenhagen street lamps highlighting the space. Also rad: the cast-concrete tub in the bathroom, softened and enlivened by patterned tile flooring.

The year-long renovation was completed by architect Johan Israelson. For the full story and more photos, check out Elle Decor Sweden.
