An underwater museum 17 years in the making may actually be built in the Bay of Alexandria. Though it still seems like something of a long shot, French architect Jacques Rougerie is now on board and some initial renderings have been released. The museum would display the ancient ruins submerged in the bay via a series of fiberglass tunnels. It is expected to cost $150 million.
