After announcing plans for its second phase earlier this fall, The Residences Viceroy Snowmass plans to have two new luxury penthouses coming on the market this winter. There will be four-bedroom and three-bedroom options at the Snowmass Village property, priced at $5 million and $3.4 million, respectively. Each penthouse will of course have the high-end materials and finishes expected in a Viceroy property, but what should really set them apart are their spacious, posh kitchens and entertaining areas.
The penthouses will both features Bosch, wood-paneled appliances that blend into the wood and glass cabinetry of the kitchen, which transitions into the open living area. The 3,474 square-foot, four-bedroom unit is spread across two levels, with the upper level having its own living, dining and kitchen area across from the master suite.
The three-bedroom penthouse comes with 2,169 square feet and the same wood plank flooring, wool carpets, oversized furniture, custom wall coverings, and fixtures as the larger unit. Both penthouses have spacious living areas, large fireplaces and two decks to enjoy the amazing mountain views. And that's not even taking into account all the amenities that come with owning at the Viceroy Snowmass.
