Taos Ski Valley has big plans for the future and a new article in the Taos News details the importance of employees in those plans. We reported in September on the announcement that Taos Ski Valley would establish a $10 minimum wage and now its clear that the ski resort wants to use the higher wages to attract and retain quality talent. After being sold to billionaire Louis Bacon in 2013, Taos has since opened a new lift on Kachina Peak and started construction on big resort renovations.
