Sam Byrne, co-founder of the Boston-based investment firm with ownership stake in the Yellowstone Club, predicts that more high-end homes are coming to the Big Sky area. In addition to a variety of commercial and residential projects, Byrne said his company is planing on building an additional 864 residential units at the private Yellowstone Club.
