Eldora Mountain Resort's appeal of a U.S. Forest Service decision limiting its expansion plans in Colorado has been dismissed. But after the Forest Service denied part of Eldora's plans, stating that the resort could upgrade facilities but had to do so within their current boundaries, Eldora opted to appeal the decision.
