Aspen Hoteliers Buy Property in Sun Valley

New, 1 comment

It looks like Aspen Ski Company's move to build a Limelight Hotel in Sun Valley has started a new trend. The Aspen Daily News is reporting that Aspen hoteliers Michael and Aaron Brown bought Ketchum's Tamarack Lodge for $4.1 million. The Brown's currently own the Molly Gibson Lodge and Hotel Aspen, both operated as more value-friendly hotels located on Main Street in Aspen. Currently, Tamarack Lodge features an indoor heated pool, outdoor spa tub, a large landscaped courtyard, courtesy bikes, complimentary snow shoes, wood-burning fire places and mountain views.
