Looking for some extra POW in your life? Earn some karma and participate in Ski Utah's first ever 'POW Day' on January 13, 2016. In partnership with Protect Our Winters, Discrete, Alta, and Snowbird, Ski Utah is raising awareness around the cause of environmental responsibility. Statistically, January 13 is the snowiest day in Utah. In honor of the snow we all love, Ski Utah wants skiers and riders to carpool, take public transit, or ride-share to help lower CO2 emissions, reduce traffic, and increase environmental accountability. And as a major incentive, the Utah Transit Authority will provide free ski service up the Little Cottonwood Canyon on this day.
