Fab Loft in San Francisco's Mission District Asks $5.5M

Only recently has a single-family home in the Mission been able to think of commanding $5 million or more. Now, the first condo in the neighborhood has topped that mark with an expansive live-work space in the Allied Box Factory Lofts hitting the market for $5.5 million. Of course, this isn't just any condo. It's a two-level loft with a built-in studio spanning nearly 5,000 square feet of absolutely stunning space; and it once belonged to the artist Rex Ray.
