West Hyannisport's "Point of View" has been bouncing on and off the market since 2010 when the waterfront manse debuted as one of the priciest summer homes in the country, asking a whopping $21,500,000. In 2012, a priceupper brought the ask to $22,500,000, but a few broker changes and pricechops over the years took the ask down to $17,500,000. Now, the sprawling spread thinks it's worth a million dollars more. To refresh, the 8.93 acre estate features a 10,760-square-foot main residence designed by Richard Bertman with five en suite bedrooms and "breathtaking views of Squaw Island, Halls Creek and the rolling surf on Nantucket Sound." In addition, there's a three-bedroom guest house, a separate caretakers apartment, six-car collectors garage, an indoor pool and sauna, and access to miles of white sand beach. There's also a mini golf course, but we don't seem to see any listing photos of that rather awesome amenity. Regardless, the new asking price for 251 Green Dunes Drive is $18,500,000.
