The Skinny: We're headed to Hyannis for this week's asking price guessing game. Originally built as the now aptly named Nathaniel Snow House in 1775, this .86 acre property was later renamed after its second owner, Winslow Gray. The historic spread has "unobstructed marsh views" and is located within walking distance to/from amenity-packed Main Street, multiple beaches, the Hyannis Transportation Center (hello, CapeFlyer!) and the island ferries. In addition to the updated main house, "there is a non conforming 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage and a great artist studio above the garage." Any idea how much the seasonally appropriate digs might be asking?
