Well, that was (sort of) fast. This 1911 Edgartown Village farmhouse debuted on the market in the summer of 2014 looking for $1,750,000. A quick chop brought the ask down to $1,590,000, but after a few short weeks, the listing was yanked. We wrote about the stylish spread in late in 2014 after the 1,550-square-footer returned for $1,560,000. To refresh, 28 Pine Street last sold in November 2012 for $575,000 and was completely renovated in 2013, leaving the 4BR, 3.5BA and its carriage house shiplap-covered with "white modern finishes," built-ins galore, gorgeous reclaimed timber floor boards, and a requisite sliding barn door. Snowpocalypse was once again no match for Martha's Vineyard real estate and the .2 acre in-town digs sold this week for $1,410,000.
