One of Phoenix's late-50s ranch homes from a tract of 45 was put on the market late last week for $350K. Designed by architect George N. Richards, it stands out from its neighbors with a sand-blasted front facade and a number of interior and exterior renovations.
According to the listing, the current owners have spent around $110K improving the home. Inside there are curved walls and a triangle-shaped kitchen, which Realtor.com identifies as trademarks of Richards.
The concrete-and-steel dwelling measures 1,481 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths, and a full-size pool out back that was added last year.
