Bruce Willis, best known for never dying in the Die Hard movies, really likes the Upper West Side. Or at least he really likes buying and selling real estate on the Upper West Side. The Wall Street Journal reports that the actor is in contract to buy a $16.995 million duplex at 271 Central Park West, which is just a few blocks down the road from the last place he owned, a three-bedroom at the El Dorado that he sold for $13 million in December. Before that, he owned a unit at Trump Place on Riverside Drive. Each unit has been more expensive than the last, which is essentially the real estate equivalent of growing up, so good job, Bruce. You've reached adulthood.
