Lake Tahoe's Homewood Mountain Resort is the latest casualty of the California drought. The Sierra Nevada ski area announced this week that they are closing the ski area until snow conditions improve. There is a storm headed toward California, but whether it will bring rain or snow isn't a sure bet.
