The Skinny: We're headed to Chilmark for this week's asking price guessing game. Built in 1963, these two "flat roofed, Japanese inspired, mid-century classics" were designed by Billy Smull, "a pioneering post-war architect." The two bedroom main house and self-contained, one bedroom guest cottage are connected via "a charming foot bridge" over a stream and feature views galore of Menemsha Pond, Vineyard Sound and Gay Head." In addition, the two acre property has a "lily pond, brook, paths through grapes and blueberries," access to a private beach, and is "within walking distance to Menemsha's sunsets and seafood." Any idea how much the spread might be asking?
