Vail Resorts' $50 million worth of upgrades planned for Park City Mountain Resort are one step closer to reality after City Hall staffers determined that the proposals are allowed under current land restrictions. While restrictions set in 2007 greatly limit the development of hotels at PCMR, the conservation deed restriction allows for improvements consistent with the operation of the ski resort. City Hall discussions on Vail's plans, including the Park City-Canyons Interconnect Gondola, will resume March 25. [The Park Record and Curbed Ski, previously]
