In New York City—Manhattan, in particular—space is difficult to come by, and sometimes you just have to ask yourself: would I rather not have a shower in my apartment, or would I rather have a shower in the kitchen, where the refrigerator is supposed to go, by extension relegating the refrigerator to the inside of a closet? And then you figure, what the heck, it's only $1,795 per month. Somebody actually rented this apartment today.
