Post-Snowpocalypse, This Sandy Neck Beach Cottage is $600K

A Sandwich Snowpocalypse victim survivor has hit the market looking for a buyer with a renovation and/or rebuilding desire. This 875 square foot cottage was built in 1920, but the two bedroom, one bath was no match for the multiple winter storms of early 2015. The .4 acre property on gorgeous Sandy Neck Beach will either need to be torn down or rebuilt on pilings. Per the listing, "There is a good chance the square footage of the existing house could be increased 2 to 3 times." Obviously, that would need to be "independently verified by the buyer." Regardless, the as-is asking price is $600,000.
