Roland Terry-designed Home With a Tom Kundig Remodel Asks $5.8M

Without looking, we figured that a road called Pleasure Point Lane would probably look like the scene in this listing's photos. And, without looking, we also imagined a home in Seattle's Bellevue neighborhood asking $5.8M would look a bit like this one. Originally built by legendary Pacific Northwest architect Roland Terry in 1959, architect Tom Kundig came in and remodeled the home (with help from Alchemie Landscape Architects) in 1997. The result is a unique 41K sf lot waterfront property.

An "amenity complex," 900-bottle wine cellar, and more over at Curbed Seattle. >>
