In Celebration of Earth Day, Let's Imagine That Light Pollution Doesn't Exist

Filmmakers Gavin Heffernan and Harun Mehmedinovic have embarked on a project to "explore the effects and dangers of urban light pollution" called SKYGLOW, and the first step involved producing a promo video that combines the Los Angeles skyline at night with what the sky behind that skyline would look like if Los Angeles didn't exist. Effectively, it's the best of both worlds, and what is Earth Day for (don't answer that) if not imagining the best possible future—a future where light pollution doesn't exist, but the very things that cause it do. In any case, this video is very cool and pretty.
