The biking community is up in arms in Whistler after a lone letter to city council has sparked a debate about the growing use of local trails. Hiker Bill Moore complained that some hiking trails in the Riverside Trail area should be free of mountain bikers, and his letter was quickly taken up by committees as the last council meeting. But separating users on trails is likely a last step; Whistler officials will work on signage and etiquette first. [Pique]
