Alta VS. Snowboarders

Snowboarders in Utah are asking a federal appeals court to reverse the dismissal of their lawsuit that claims the Alta Ski Resort ban on snowboarding is discrimination. The boarders originally filed suit in January 2014, using the 14th Amendment to the Constitution as justification. The suit was dismissed in September by a judge who ruled that there were "rational reasons" for Alta to ban snowboarding. Curious about the whole case? Head over here for more.
