In case you were setting out in the hopes of renting a unit in the Bjarke Ingels-designed Marina Lofts in Fort Lauderdale, some news: The building's developer told the Real Deal that the project will now be a mixture of rental apartments and condominiums, instead of being entirely rental, so expand your dreams! The three-tower project was designed with a canyon-like fissure between two of the towers, and the relocation and incorporation of a spectacular 'rain tree' into a park on the site.
