Why Won't Anyone Claim Frank Lloyd Wright's Millard House?

New, 4 comments

Frank Lloyd Wright's George Madison Millard House in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park has returned to market yet again, except this time it reenters the market with a set of new photos. While the previous listing photos weren't terrible, they weren't exactly flattering either. However, in this fresh batch of images, we get a better look at the good side of the 109 year old home and its 68 original art glass windows. Unfortunately, the home is no stranger to the MLS, where it has listed multiple times since May 2011, when it originally hit the market with a $1.399 million ask and has been hit with 11 price cuts since. The architecturally significant four bedroom home sits on a 0.66 acre lot and can be had for only $799,000.

Curbed Chicago has all the new photos. >>
