If Optimus Prime ever decided to move to Boston (possibly to take a job as an adjunct professor at MIT) and could also afford to pay $3,800/month in rent (which, with all the endorsement opportunities, seems pretty plausible) this is totally the apartment he would rent. Sure, the wet bar would go to waste, but he would feel right at home amid all the metal, sliding garage door, and general industrial-ness. The many windows might be a cause for concern, but you have to imagine that Transformers aren't great at hanging onto security deposits anyway.
