Details are scant about a new Bravo reality show entitled "Après Ski," but it looks like the show has received the green light to start taping in Whistler Blackcomb. According to a press release, Après Ski is set in Whistler because its the "hottest place" to go "when the rich and famous want the ultimate winter ski vacation." The show will feature the "well-groomed" staff at an un-named "luxurious concierge company" who are the "behind-the-scenes magic-makers orchestrating once in a lifetime vacations for their upscale and demanding clients." Our prediction? It sounds like Bravo is opting for maximum ski town drama à la Downton Abbey or Upstairs, Downstairs by focusing on the uber rich and the lowly ski bums that serve them. Expect all hell to break loose mid-season when there's a big powder day and some poor concierge has to draw up a milk bath for the wife of a Saudi prince instead of catching some epic turns.
