Though from the street this summer home outside Melbourne, Australia—given the very straightforward name "Whitehall Road Residence"—is quite serious, its glazed rear walls open up to gorgeous, bucolic countryside views. Designed by B.E. Architecture, the house is composed of a series of interconnected, cypress-clad pavilions and surrounded by thick walls made of stone from a nearby quarry. And, in case you were wondering, the house has a very luxe pool, as any good vacation pad should.
