Over in the Poltava region of Ukraine, a cluster of modern cabins by local studio YOD Design Lab have been erected in a pine forest, the site of a retreat complex called Relax Park Verholy. Adding to a variety of villas and cottages already on the compound, these 344-square-foot guest houses were built with lightweight metal frames and use a mix of oak and larch on the interior. The sleek quarters include a sleeping nook, sitting area, and bathroom, which all face floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a wooden deck built around trees. Ooh la la.
