Memorial Day may have come and gone, but perhaps this breezy Hamptons pad by New York firm Bates Masi Architects will keep you in a vacation state of mind. Built in a private seaside community in East Hampton, New York, this mod spread is essentially a 7,400-square-foot update of the local potato barn vernacular, according to the architects. Dubbed Piersons Way, the house is all shingled, gabled roofs, timber siding, and glazed indoor-outdoor spaces. You'd be forgiven for daydreaming while looking through the photos below.
