This Midcentury Modern House in Philadelphia is 2 Cool 4 School

Let's take another dip in the midcentury modern pool, and cast our gaze on this little number designed by architect Jack Grisdale that's for sale outside Philadelphia. Built in 1946, the unapologetic institutional aesthetic of this rectilinear home may at first blush remind us of our angst-ridden high school days, but, inside, the home "has all the features of a classic mid-century modern, including walls of windows and open spaces." An open plan first floor that "can be used for adaptive functions" is also on offer.
