It's a buyers market for Frank Lloyd Wright fans in Chicago's suburbs. Days after the architect's William Winslow House in River Forest and George Madison Millard House in Highland Park returned to the market with big price cuts, the F.B. Henderson House in Elmhurst went on sale for less than $1 million. Built in 1901, the home is emblematic of Prairie style architecture, boasting 80 art glass windows, three brick fireplaces, maple floors and wood-encased radiators. Judging by the photos, the home is in absolutely wonderful shape.
