In order to promote the fact that it will soon be streaming all nine seasons of Seinfeld, Hulu has announced that it will build a real life replica of the title character's apartment from the show, complete with interactive displays of George's Valentine's Day photo shoot and Kramer's entrance. Paradoxically, the apartment will be located downtown, in Chelsea, instead of on the Upper West Side.
