Jackson Hole's Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge Sold

The Planet Jackson Hole is reporting that two major lodging properties in Jackson have been sold for an unspecified amount. Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel and management corporation, has acquired both the 132-room, slopeside Hotel Terra and the 145-room Teton Mountain Lodge, also located a the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. According to a prepared statement from Noble House, "These two resorts, known for their upscale, rugged luxury, are a perfect complement to our portfolio of true-to-place lifestyle hotels. In addition to being perennially ranked as a No. 1 ski destination, Jackson Hole is a year-round adventure destination and naturally appeals to the Noble House Hotels & Resorts guest." Noble House also owns the Mountain Lodge in Telluride.
